      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement operational processes for the end-to-end channel partner lifecycle, including onboarding and performance management
      - Act as a strategic operational liaison to enhance efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and IT
      - Manage the partner technology roadmap, focusing on critical platform integration and optimization
      - Develop incentive models in partnership with Finance for unified financial rewards and profitability measurement
      - Analyze partner performance and ecosystem ROI through segmentation and contribution models

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or military experience
      - At least 10 years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Management, or a related Operations role
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience with B2B partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
      - Proven experience in strategic planning, process design, and change management
      - Familiarity with compliance and governance in domestic and international sales partner ecosystems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of experience in strategic planning, process design, and change management
      - 7+ years of experience with core go-to-market technology platforms (PRM, CRM, CPQ, CLM)
      - Experience across various routes to market including direct, indirect, and e-commerce
