What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement customer service and logistics strategies aligned with company objectives
- Drive customer service metrics for on-time deliveries and transit time reduction
- Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives for inventory and cost management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and FDA standards
- Collaborate with multiple departments to improve overall service and operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain management
- Strong computer skills, particularly advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience with multiple ERP systems and a background in consumer products
