      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of existing customers on the SmarterDx platform to ensure a positive experience
      - Develop deep relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help achieve their business objectives
      - Partner with the VP of Customer Success to create tools and processes for customer onboarding and implementation
      - Monitor client performance and report financial impacts to customer executives while driving product expansion
      - Advocate for customer needs and facilitate solutions while surfacing customer success stories

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of experience in customer success or account management within the health tech space
      - Familiarity with Diagnosis-Related Groups (DRGs) and their translation into payment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of troubleshooting issues
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations respectfully
      - Ability to thrive in ambiguous roles and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in hospital revenue cycle or billing, particularly with Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) workflows
      - Prior experience at a startup, especially as the first Customer Success Manager
      - Proficiency in using Jira for task and issue management
      - Strong background in data analytics
