What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align data and research initiatives with company-wide objectives
- Coordinate planning for all data-related activities across the organization, ensuring effective communication between teams
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Research & Content, Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams
- Manage change initiatives within the data organization and document plans, resource allocations, and SLAs
- Keep leadership informed of developments and disseminate information to the Data team, enhancing operational transparency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of experience in operations or project coordination roles
- Proven ability to achieve consensus with diverse stakeholders at senior levels
- Track record of implementing operational improvements with measurable results
- Experience working with complex organizations or systems, particularly in military, governmental, healthcare administration, or consulting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector or with data-driven initiatives
- Familiarity with change management methodologies
- Previous experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop strategic meeting agendas and optimize team effectiveness
