- Drive Transformation Initiatives in partnership with Finance & GBS Financial Services
- Co-creates digital strategy and cost/benefit business case(s) creation with our business partners to accelerate impact for the Finance & GBS Financial Services priorities
- Partner with the Finance stakeholders and appropriate Digital groups to manage successful execution of the strategy including solution delivery, business adoption and business case achievement
- Be a proactive thought leader partnering with Finance to drive innovative use of technology, data, and/or digital (existing, new) to create value and superior experiences for Pfizer colleagues
- Translate Finance needs into business requirements
- Clearly communicate prioritized demand and div/function needs/requirements to all appropriate Digital groups on an ongoing basis
- Prepare and manage annual Digital budget for Finance with input from appropriate Digital groups
- Work with appropriate Digital groups to leverage and scale products and solutions across customers and geographies as appropriate
- Leads and participates in Finance & GBS initiatives that do not have a specific Digital component. Provides thought leadership to continuously improve operations.
- Provides technical/functional expertise to the Finance organization
- Leverages technical/functional expertise within Digital groups
- Uses knowledge of industry, customer requirements and general business environment to adapt and implement strategic actions for Finance
- Exhibits a high level of business knowledge and understanding of the external marketplace and anticipates Finance customer requirements
- Actively shares knowledge with multiple functions across Finance through existing knowledge sharing processes/systems
- Contributes to the development of organizational knowledge management processes/systems
- Champions innovation
- Develops and leverages resources to implement innovative ideas/processes/ products across Finance
- Takes appropriate risks to achieve desired results; guides direct reports on acceptable levels of risk-taking
- Interprets Division's strategy to establish business priorities that support and help to set long-term direction and strategy for Finance
- Motivate indirect reports and deliver results for Finance
- Leverages a variety of communication tools and techniques to help colleagues understand how their work aligns to business priorities
- Contributes to an open communication environment to ensure the knowledge and expertise of Digital resources are leveraged
- Leads teams that implement strategic direction for Finance
- Influences senior management decisions that have an impact on business direction within Finance
- Partners with Digital groups to accomplish Finance objectives
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Business, Finance or an affiliated field required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Specific subject matter expertise (SME) in Automation and Engineering processes
- 10+ years of experience managing complex programs, while managing senior customer relationships
- Previous experience should include implementation of enterprise-based systems, covering the full system lifecycle
- Familiarity with computer systems is recommended
- Financial and project management
- Relevant corporate finance industry experience
- MBA a plus
- Understanding of Enterprise Performance Management and/or Enterprise Resource Planning systems
ROLE SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Pfizer Digital Client Partners team and contribute to our vision to lead Pfizer Digital engagement with our clients, drive digital strategy and achieve target outcomes, and govern and prioritize the digital portfolio.
The Digital Client Partner team is looking for a customer focused, energetic, strategic, and innovative person to be a Pfizer Digital client partner for the Finance & Global Business Services Financial Services organization. The leader will be expected to drive and participate in BOLD move initiatives within Finance & GBS Financial Services and advise on aspects of digital and technology topics and trends, opportunities, and internal Digital capabilities.
As the Digital Client Partner for Finance & GBS Financial Services the incumbent will:
The leader will need to have strong partnership and collaboration skills as they will be working closely with multiple Digital groups to understand how best to use our global solutions to meet the Bold Moves defined by Finance. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to clearly articulate the priorities of Finance to the other Digital groups.
For the business partnership part of the role, the leader will be an active member of the Finance leadership teams partnering both on Digital initiatives and other BOLD moves where they can add value. They will use a thorough understanding of project/program processes and strategies to identify projects, quantify benefits and prioritize initiatives that contribute to the objectives of Finance.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Client Partner, the individual will contribute to the definition of and drive the Digital strategy for the Finance GBS Financial Services organization. They will interact with both the leadership team, the leaders of other areas supporting the organization, and the various Digital teams managing the solutions. Leads and supports business case development and Digital strategy to ensure consistent and value add partnership with business and Digital stakeholders.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $241,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
