- Lead and manage direct and brokered sales teams across the Central Region
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies and annual sales plans
- Forecast sales targets by brand, product line, and market
- Identify growth opportunities across key channels including:
- Distributor networks
- K-12
- Non-Commercial accounts
- Large Local Operators (LLOs)
- Guide pricing strategy and support negotiations with customers and distribution partners
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development on new product initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity
- Represent Rosina at industry events and trade shows
- Partner with HR on talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 10-15 years of senior sales experience in a foodservice products company
- Minimum 5 years of leadership / people management experience
- Experience managing broker networks and distributor partnerships
- Frozen foods industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to drive regional sales growth and strategic initiatives
- Base Salary: $175,000 - $200,000
- Performance-based bonus opportunity

This senior leadership role will oversee sales strategy, broker relationships, and direct sales teams while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
