- Major Responsibility Area #1: Actionable 80/20 Analysis
- Assist leaders of Global Product Lines of the various categories in developing an actionable 80/20 analysis that can be updated easily, tracked over time, and used to make strategic decisions.
- Develop an 80/20 training that can be rolled out to various parts of the organization so it can be inserted into our DNA.
- Develop automated quads, and quartiles, analysis to view the business in different ways to uncover hidden pockets of profitability, or to expose pockets of profitless prosperity.
- Systematize how we look at the 80/20 analysis. Develop triggers for make vs. buy discussions, sku reduction discussions, long-term product line simplification strategies, and global customer management strategies.
- Education:Bachelors degree in business management- required
- Preferred: MBA
- This position can be located in the US or EMEA. Travel as needed is required and could be up to 50% globally.

The Director, Global Product Line, Sales and Operations provides Global & Regional strategic leadership to all of the product lines/technologies (new equipment & aftermarket) in the DIVERSIFIED FOOD & HEALTH (DFH) portfolio. The position is responsible for developing and implementing the frameworks that will allow Product Line leaders to create winning 5-year plans in their various markets. This position will systematize develop the front end work, such as install base mapping, actionable 80-20 analysis, customer segmentation, and the NPD process. The goal of this role is to be a productivity multiplier for the Product Line leaders, so that all categories within DF&H are developing cohesive, impactful 5 year product roadmaps, where the product lines are prepared to hold the existing profitable share, while expanding into new products and applications. This role will also have the responsibility to develop the division-wide digital product roadmap, including predictive diagnostics, AI, and connected products.

The estimated annual salary range for this role if located in the US is $190,000 - $230,000 (annually). Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience.
