      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales enablement strategy aligned with business objectives
      - Create high-impact sales content, including playbooks and training materials
      - Design and deliver training programs for onboarding, product launches, and skill development
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to enhance sales effectiveness
      - Lead the adoption of CRM systems and provide training for successful utilization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
      - 3+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams
      - Demonstrated track record of successful sales enablement strategies with measurable results
      - Experience working in global, multi-market environments
      - Certification in sales enablement or related disciplines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in B2B software or technology sales
      - Experience with Challenger sales methodology framework
      - Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
      - Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
      - Hands-on experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot)
