What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop TA goals and plans
- Develop Talent Acquisition technology strategy and solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition Operations
- In-depth understanding of the Talent Acquisition function and related business concepts
- Experience with recruitment technology and implementing integrated solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of vendor management and TA technology pricing
