      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration
      - Identify and manage relationships with system integrators, ISVs, and other channel partners
      - Conduct regular business reviews with alliance partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
      - Meet revenue targets while managing individual sales pipeline and tracking progress
      - Provide training and ongoing support to partners to enhance collaboration and address engagement challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred
      - 10+ years of experience in alliance and channel partner sales, ideally in payments processing
      - Strong personal network within the government payments industry
      - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through partnerships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with government-focused partners, such as system integrators and ISVs
      - Strong understanding of the Federal Government procurement process and partner ecosystem
      - Experience sourcing and forming relationships with C-suite executives
      - Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales analytics tools
