What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve revenue performance targets and sales objectives through effective leadership of the remote B2B Hospital Sales Representatives (HSRs)
- Conduct audits of virtual sales calls to ensure adherence to selling skills and message delivery
- Build and retain a high-performing sales team through clear communication and accountability
- Utilize sales technology and data to coach and train HSRs in effective selling strategies
- Manage customer engagement schedules to maximize product growth opportunities across assigned accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a sales leadership role within B2B pharmaceutical or healthcare services
- Proven experience leading remote sales teams with daily interactions via web-based platforms or phone calls
- Familiarity with medication management in a hospital market and supply chain dynamics
- Proficiency in MS Office and salesforce.com as a CRM platform
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree
- Experience in the 503B industry
- Strong business acumen in sales training within a sales team
- Proven history of sales success and effective account management
- Experience providing excellent customer service and resolving complex complaints
