- Build and deliver BU specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy. Cultivate strong and influential working relationships with client leadership team and internally with HR COEs and regional HRBPs.
- Responsible for the successful implementation of key programs and HR initiatives, such as talent reviews, succession planning, on-boarding, hiring, operational improvements and employee development planning.
- Drive talent management initiatives to identify, assess, develop, engage, and reward successful and high potential talent.
- Assess, design, and implement change management strategies/programs for BU/HR initiatives; brokers with partners to provide the right resources for the initiative to ensure successful outcomes.
- Use data, measures, and analytics to influence decisions and guide prioritization of attention and investment of resources.
- Coach and counsel leaders and managers. Provide tools and guidance that enable management effectiveness and drive high organizational performance.
- 10-15 years as a HR Business Partner with “hands-on” experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, HRIS, change management, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to align AspenTech’s People strategy to business needs for a measurable impact.
- Excellent executor of large-scale programs and think end-to-end about the work to be implemented.
- Demonstrate strong intuition for business and know how HR and talent strategies can drive business results.
- Problem solver and proven independence, autonomy, and accountability when carrying out work, even in the face of ambiguity or limited precedent.
- Proficient in change management and understand key points of engagement, communication, and influence.
- Inherent curiosity about interpreting data, recognizing trends and themes, and collaborating with the business using measures and results.
- Effective collaborator who easily establishes relationships with HR colleagues and business partners to deliver results.
- Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of change.

The Role
Our company and HR team are transforming and growing! And we need a strong HR Business Partner to help drive that growth.
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, you will have a key role on our global HR team, serving as the primary HR Business Partner to our Products, R&D and Finance Executives. You will work with the regional HR teams to drive key HR strategies impacting business performance. These include organizational design, compensation cycles and retention strategies, employee and leadership development and workforce planning and performance management coaching. In this role you will use your knowledge of HR to diagnose, implement and confer on HR processes and programs, and work with other members of the HR team to drive enterprise and function-wide initiatives in support of the CRO business strategy and goals.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in key corporate HR initiatives, including enhancing talent management practices, leadership development, employment branding, and talent KPIs.Your Impact
