- Direct and lead HR audits to evaluate Human Resources procedures and ensure compliance with company policy as well as federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Create and facilitate education and awareness to build and maintain a mature HR compliance and risk oversight culture.
- Direct and lead audits with external agencies and inquiries, including the response and oversight of audits and investigations.
- Lead processes to maintain annual review of all HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Direct and manage external vendors in support of HR Compliance Programs and projects.

This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US.
Position Purpose: Directs the Human Resources (HR) Compliance efforts to create a mature oversight culture that complies with required federal, state and local employment regulations.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 7+ years of human resources experience. Extensive working knowledge of federal laws governing employment practices. Demonstrated experience working in Affirmative Action, EEO, and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance preferred. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
License/Certification: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferredPay Range: $142,300 - $263,500.00 per year
