This role is responsible for organizational effectiveness, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement and sustaining of a safe and positive work environment that unlocks the full potential of Post’s employees. To achieve these goals, Director Human Resources will develop and retain a best-in-class, inspired team of HR professionals.

      KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

      TALENT ACQUISITION

      • Partner with departmental managers to clarify skills and competency needs for corporate roles
      • Oversee and manage the maintenance of accurate and complete job descriptions for all Corporate functions
      • Identify core skills and competencies required for jobs across Corporate

      EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

      • Support workforce planning, talent review and performance management process
      • Partner with corporate leaders to assess talent, provide development coaching, and build career progression plans for employees
      • Lead the resolution of performance concerns in accordance with company policy and guideline
      • Conduct exit interviews and addresses concerns timely
      • Oversee facilities and office management to foster a positive work environment

      TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

      • Oversee the design, planning and execution of leadership training and development program
      • Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities
      • Assess Corporate training and development needs, designs, and creates training plans, including course materials, assessments, and evaluation of online training programs
      • Partner with Learning & Development team to promote participation in leadership development opportunities and to embed learning into performance-based management practices
      • Use data analytics to inform decision-making and track the effectiveness of HR programs

      COMPLIANCE

      • Monitor HR policies and programs make recommendations for improvements and updates
      • Design and deliver training programs to educate on HR compliance issues, policies, procedures
      • Oversee monthly and quarterly compliance updates for HR leadership


      Qualifications

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

      Education and Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
      • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment, with progressive experience managing processes and program implementation
      • Experienced in leading high-performing teams
      • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      • Proficiency with HRIS systems, experience with UKG preferred
      • SPHR / PHR or SHRM-CP / SCP certification preferred

      Knowledge, Skills and Expertise

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
      • Strong team player who can recognize and resolve conflicts respectfully in a timely manner
      • Flexible, open to change, and adaptable
      • Knowledge employment laws and regulations
      • Ability to travel occasionally

      This is a hybrid role. In the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and work from home Mondays and Fridays.
