      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead HR programs and policies in collaboration with business leaders while overseeing tactical implementation through HR managers
      - Develop processes and metrics to support the achievement of the organization’s business goals
      - Counsel and assist business leaders in maintaining a positive employee relations environment and addressing retention issues
      - Identify training and development needs and partner with Corporate Training and Development for implementation
      - Oversee the administration of corporate compensation programs and ensure internal pay consistency and equity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - At least 8 years of progressive experience in various Human Resources positions
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, including hiring and development
      - Strong knowledge of human resource policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state laws
      - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes

      - Professional HR certification such as PHR or SPHR
