      As our Director of Indirect Partner Sales Enablement, you’ll craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that engage and expand our network of Enterprise VARs, Agents, Resellers, and System Integrators. Your role is pivotal in developing compelling messaging, campaigns, and sales materials that not only recruit new partners but also drive their success.       What our Directors of Lead Generation Marketing Enjoy Most About the Role

      • Shaping the Customer Experience: Actively supporting efforts to simplify and enhance the customer journey, ensuring that every touchpoint is seamless and impactful.
      • Strategic Insight: Gaining a deep understanding of the markets and behaviors of each sales channel, and Spectrum Business, to inform and refine enablement strategies.
      • Innovative Program Development: Using tools and resources to maintain and enhance successful programs while creating new ones that align with Spectrum Business' business objectives.
      • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leading the development of KPIs and other goals to measure engagement and satisfaction and using analytics to adjust objectives and tactics for optimal results.
      • Collaborative Leadership: Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, field marketing, product, and sales, to develop and manage channel enablement strategies that drive growth and success.

      Required Qualifications

      • Education:
        • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related Field or equivalent work experience.
      • Experience:
        • 10+ Years in Channel Partner/3rd Party Reseller Marketing or Enablement
        • 10 Years in Cable, Telecommunications required.
        • 7+ Years of Management Experience
        • 7 Years in Marketing
        • 6 Years in Marketing or Enablement Strategy
      • Technical Skills:
        • Microsoft Office Proficiency
        • Budgeting and P&L Reports
        • Data Analysis
        • Project Management
      • Skills & Abilities:
        • Foster strong partnerships.
        • Address complex issues logically.
        • Ensure clear and impactful messaging.
        • Develop fresh and engaging campaigns.
        • Supervise and inspire your team.
        • Manage multiple tasks and projects.
        • Manage vendor relationships effectively.
