      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement sales strategies for OTC spot, derivatives, and structured products to expand institutional client financing portfolios
      - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring tailored investment solutions and high satisfaction
      - Collaborate with internal teams to design bespoke investment solutions and identify cross-selling opportunities
      - Conduct market analysis and develop risk-return models to support strategic recommendations
      - Represent the employer at industry events to enhance brand visibility and outreach

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in institutional sales within financial services, including 2+ years in digital assets sales
      - Extensive knowledge of OTC sales, trading, financing, derivatives, and blockchain ecosystems
      - Proven track record of engaging with VCs, Hedge Funds, and private wealth, with experience in closing complex deals
      - Strong institutional network in both crypto and traditional finance sectors
      - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
