What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Shape and manage a market research agenda aligned with go-to-market business goals
- Design and execute primary and secondary research, converting findings into actionable insights
- Provide rapid analysis on industry developments and competitor actions influencing business strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a comprehensive view of the market and customer
- Track the impact of insights on outcomes such as win rates and campaign performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years in market/consumer research or market intelligence, ideally in K-12 curriculum or edtech
- Minimum of 5 years managing a team or leading a research agenda
- Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Strong presentation skills with experience in storytelling and data visualization
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in a relevant field

- Familiarity with establishing brand health and message-effectiveness tracking programs
