What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and employers within the assigned territory
- Meet with senior executives to discuss health and care experience solutions for mid-size self-funded employers
- Deliver presentations to educate prospects on the employer's health and care experience platform
- Negotiate effectively with prospects, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators (TPAs)
- Facilitate client transitions to Implementation and Account Services after a sale
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions, such as SaaS or healthcare IT
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and schedule meetings with key decision-makers
- Demonstrated track record of developing a pipeline through prospecting employers and consultants
- Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to executives and direct-level benefits professionals
- A Bachelor’s degree

- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Established relationships with employers, consultants, brokers, and TPAs within the territory
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong aptitude with business software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Ability to successfully negotiate complex contracts
