      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead business development and sales efforts for Demand Side Management (DSM) capabilities in the Southeastern USA
      - Secure new revenue by driving sales and collaborating with regulatory and delivery teams
      - Develop and implement integrated business development strategies to capture new utility clients and expand existing accounts
      - Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners
      - Support project launches and ensure smooth transitions to project implementation teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be located in the Southeastern US
      - 8+ years of experience working with electric and gas utilities
      - Proven understanding of state regulatory cycles regarding Utility Demand Side Management (DSM) programs
      - Established mid- and senior-level relationships with electric and gas utilities in the Southeast region
      - Strong interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree from a 4-year accredited college or university is preferred
