What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coach the Political Client Success team to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Keep senior management informed of key client opportunities and potential risks
- Conduct on-site client visits, QBRs, and coordinate with internal departments as needed
- Oversee strategy development and execution for client and industry analysis
- Manage daily execution of campaigns and ensure effective client relationship management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in political advertising
- 10+ years of digital advertising experience
- Proven leadership experience in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies and industry trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on client satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with client contacts at all levels
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
