What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management to a team of Commercial Net New Account Executives
- Recruit, coach, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Assist team in identifying, qualifying, and closing sales prospects
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with strong SaaS sales knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative management environment
- Proven ability to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
