  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own and expand executive relationships with major consulting firms, ensuring preferred positioning and strategic alignment for Vida's solutions
  - Design and execute scalable consultant engagement strategies across multiple channels, including communications and product demonstrations
  - Partner closely with sales leadership to support priority pursuits and accelerate opportunities within consultant-managed employer portfolios
  - Serve as the senior conduit for consultant feedback, delivering actionable insights to leadership teams
  - Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, shaping Vida’s broader employer and consultant channel strategy
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 8–10 years of demonstrated success working with major consulting firms or employer-focused healthcare organizations
  - Deep understanding of the evolving healthcare and benefits landscape, particularly within the employer market
  - Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at the highest levels
  - Proven ability to build and scale strategic relationships with national benefits consulting firms
  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex concepts for non-clinical stakeholders
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced clinical training (e.g., RN, NP, MD, PhD) or substantial experience in a medically oriented leadership role
  - Proven success in influencing clinical program adoption and benefit design at an enterprise level
