Job Description

- You’ll be the keeper of revenue and other key financial metrics helping us both track them on a daily basis while also working to forecast financial performance and managing that information internally at the organization.
- You’ll complete financial analysis of business development opportunities and commercial tests like price changes, international expansion or product additions.
- You’ll help define the impact potential fluctuations in COGS and marketing costs on the P&L, partnering on strategic decisions that may mitigate those increases.
- You’ll partner with the executive team to look back at our monthly P&L while providing commentary that explains the drivers of our financial performance and how we can build on it.
- You’ll help team directors understand their costing structure, spend and economics of their function to help them make decisions for their organization.
- You’ll be an important stakeholder in our relationship with our parent company coordinating with their finance team including CFO, Controller and Head of FP&A reporting our financials while partnering on financial initiatives and being a conduit between them and our Executives for understanding expectations.
- Lead our EOM close process while providing commentary on the drivers of financial performance.
- Own the company budget, operations around it and report on our tracking towards it.
- Partner with our parent company to manage internal financial operations like A/R, taxes and accounting activities.
- Manage Finance team rituals like OKRs, 1:1s and team meetings.
- Maintain our relationship with key vendors including our commercial bank and payment processors (Paypal + Braintree).
- Set FX rates and manage international currencies.
- 8+ years experience in the finance space
- 4+ years experience in FP&A and/or commercial
- Experience with NetSuite a plus
- Experience in eCommerce, or other retail business a plus

About The Job
TeePublic is looking for a talented Senior Manager, FP&A to join its growing team in NYC. We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical and data driven with a strong instinct for business and commercial opportunities. You will also run our internal finance organization, manage a Senior Accountant and coordinate with our parent company, Redbubble, a publicly traded company. This position reports into the COO with strong partnering opportunities across the Executive team.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $160,000-$170,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
