What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify new and existing sources of group business across the employer's portfolio
- Conduct regular sales calls and visits to target areas, strategic accounts, and vertical business segments
- Assist property Sales Managers in closing business as needed
- Lead coordination and participation in industry trade shows and events
- Review and manage departmental budget with senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a group sales role on a property or in a multi-property direct sales position
- Experience selling within the West Coast region
- Prior experience selling multiple destinations and brands is a plus
- Familiarity with contractual agreements and negotiation processes
- CRM experience preferred (Delphi is a plus)
