Serve as the HR business partner to department leaders, offering guidance on employee relations, staffing, and performance management
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent aligned with our culture and guest-focused values
Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs that engage and empower our team members
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Drive team member engagement through recognition, communication, and consistent follow-through
Manage benefits administration, leave tracking, and workers’ compensation in coordination with corporate HR and third-party vendors
Guide leaders on disciplinary procedures, investigations, and conflict resolution
Support DEI initiatives and promote an inclusive, respectful workplace
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or director-level role
Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and talent development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to connect, coach, and lead
Experience with HRIS systems (preferably ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and approachability
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification a plus
