- Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility and a minimum of five years of experience as an assistant superintendent or superintendent

- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, organizational acumen and a commitment to excellence.
- Must have the ability to objectively coach employees and administration through complex, difficult and emotional issues.

As a member of the District’s Central Office administrative team, and under the supervision and direction of the Superintendent of Schools, the Director of Operations is responsible for the leadership, planning, organization, direction, and coordination of all finance and human resources responsibilities of the District.
The Director of Operations leads and directs the efforts of the finance and human resource teams to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external constituents; provides strategic direction for the District’s finance systems and human resources procedures and processes; supports the educational performance and financial stability of the District; and collaborates with other key staff members to execute programs for the District’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
This is a high-profile, public facing position requiring exceptional leadership and vision to ensure continuous organizational development and improvement, exercising good stewardship of District resources, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming school environment that recognizes and celebrates the diverse identities and abilities of all staff members and members of our school community at large, in the furtherance of the District’s mission, “To provide the best education possible for each and every student.”
This is a full-time, on-site, 12 month permanent position, offering a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
The salary range is likely to be $120,000-$150,000 per year.
The benefits package is comprehensive, with components that are in alignment with the District’s Act 93 Agreement.
