      Job Summary

      Collaborates within CBRE and JJWWS, to improve cross-functional support to Operations, focused on optimizing partner strategy and performance with Joint Ventures and strategic Partners/Subcontractors; identifies and executes special initiatives across the business, in collaboration with peers and internal customers, to support JJWWS in becoming a major prime contractor with USG approved systems and a competitive edge through support from CBRE ownership.

      Primary Job Functions

      • Provide and solicit input from stakeholders across the business to build strategy around partner solutions with JVs, subcontractors and strategic suppliers; leverage CBRE partner network for JJWWS programs and positive financial impact
      • Develop/update Joint Venture Operating agreements, resulting in a comprehensive document(s); track deliverables, responsibilities of the JV partners to include recording board minutes and delivering financial reports
      • Collaborate with CBRE corporate resources to improve support delivery to JJWWS business
      • Support as needed to Legal function, to include (for example) corporate secretary of the various JJWWS International Entities
      • Updates CEO and stakeholders on progress of initiatives; identifies issues with projects or strategies and recommends solutions.
      • Other duties as assigned

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $ 200,000. This position may also be eligible for a wide range of competitive benefits that can include but not limited to: medical, well-being, financial planning and short-term incentives benefits.
