- Work with assigned areas to manage the internal functions that service current student-athletes and contribute to their overall success
- Serve as the women's basketball liaison to assigned support areas within the Athletics Department
- Assist with recruiting needs as requested, including but not limited to official and unofficial visits
- Represent the women's basketball program and Vanderbilt Athletic Department in a professional manner at all times
- Comply with NCAA and SEC rules and regulations
- Other duties as assigned by the Head Women's Basketball Coach
- A Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
- Prior college and/or professional basketball experience is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills is necessary.
The Director of Player Development is a key contributor within the Women's Basketball staff and is responsible for assisting with numerous programs/areas that contribute to the success of current student-athletes.
