What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure skill development, goal attainment, and performance consistency
- Implement sales systems, processes, and performance metrics that support scalability and repeatable success
- Identify, pursue, and close strategic partnerships with corporate veterinary practices, hospital groups, and GPOs
- Develop and manage a multi-year sales growth plan aligned with the company's revenue goals
- Forecast, track, and report sales performance to executive leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the veterinary, animal health, or natural supplement space
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or director-level role with demonstrated team-building success
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a B2B or enterprise setting
- Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales operations, and performance analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with or selling into corporate veterinary practice groups and/or GPOs is highly preferred
