What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for sales and overall relationship management for Canadian customers
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for target accounts
- Assemble and coordinate internal and external sales resources to meet customer needs
- Act as a trusted advisor influencing customers' technology platform decisions
- Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (ideally in Engineering) or Technical college diploma with at least 6 years of relevant technical sales experience
- Proven success in Canadian Government or military sales with a technical product
- Strong understanding of Canadian federal markets and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and technical demonstration skills
- Ability to develop relationships with C-Level executives and negotiate effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a technical field
- Experience managing the full sales cycle for Canadian customers
- Knowledge of military C5ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications
- Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
- Ability to communicate in both English and French
