      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the adoption of YubiKeys within the Department of Defense
      - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals while managing team performance
      - Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing relationships with strategic accounts
      - Oversee forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline reviews to ensure quota attainment
      - Collaborate with internal resources to deliver an outstanding customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing cybersecurity business within the U.S. Department of Defense
      - Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team
      - Established and current contacts within the U.S. DoD
      - Track record of success in sales and relationship management
      - Knowledge of U.S. Federal Government identity requirements, including FIPS-201 and OMB M-22-09, is a plus
