      Mustang Creek Estates is looking for a Dynamic and Passionate Director of Sales for our Residential Assisted Living and Memory Care community in ALLEN, TX. Mustang Creek offers a unique, home-like setting for seniors where our team members are like family.

      Summary:

      The Director of Sales is responsible for the sales planning. These responsibilities include representing the company, finding and delivering qualified leads and selling the community through investigating needs, advancing and demonstrating capability to qualified leads with the objective of reaching and maintaining budgeted census and revenue goals. It is expected that the Director of Sales will promote Mustang Creek Estates within local business and commerce settings.

      Skills Requirements

      • Must have assisted living sales experience
      • Ability to handle multiple priorities
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Good organizational and time management skills
      • Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook and Word experience required
      • Planning and negotiating skills

      Schedule

      • Full Time - 40 hours per week. May flex schedule to meet the needs of the business with approval of the Executive Director.
      • Complete all Mustang Creek Estates required training

      Reports to:

      • Executive Director
      • Executive Director of Sales and Marketing

      Areas of Responsibility

      • Sales execution
      • External business Development

      SALES

      • Develop strategy for each prospect from initial inquiry through the decision
      • Plan each customer interaction
      • Maintain a proficiency of Database system (Eldermark)
      • Keep all prospect records current in database
      • Build customer focused relationships by: Call objectives, investigating needs, demonstrating our capabilities, obtaining commitments
      • Ensure all team members in community understand that marketing is everyone’s responsibility and are knowledgeable about their role
      • Conduct weekly sales meetings with the Executive Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing.

      Budget and Financial

      • Strive to maintain census of 95% or higher
      • Monitor and manage sales and marketing budget

      Move in process

      • External Business Development
      • Act as primary company representative with emphasis on targeted referral sources for lead generation
      • Monthly/weekly planning and execution of external business presentations
      • Identify referral sources
      • Plan call objectives
      • Purchase and distribute marketing/sales promotional items

      Planning, Reporting, and Administration

      • Submit weekly Sales report
      • Plan, advise and consult with management for sales
      • Conduct bi-annual competitive research

      Communication

      • Possess a strong understanding of Mustang Creek Estates and the services provided in order to effectively present the company to prospects and influencers

      Move in process

      • Manage the move in process
      • Meet with the family on or before move in day to acquire community fee and review the move in packet
      • Ensure that the unit is ready for move in
      • Communicate to the maintenance coordinator any readiness needs

      Leadership

      • Acts in a professional manner, representing the values, philosophy, and character expected by Mustang Creek Estates.
      • Creates a positive environment with high team member & resident satisfaction.
