What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets
- Provide visionary leadership and coaching to Sales Managers and Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to maximize customer retention and identify expansion opportunities
- Design and implement effective territory management strategies to ensure optimal market coverage

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of 7+ years in progressive sales leadership roles
- Significant experience managing and scaling large, direct sales teams
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Deep understanding of full-cycle sales processes and CRM systems
- Exceptional leadership and talent development skills
