      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a national sales strategy aimed at achieving ambitious revenue growth targets
      - Provide leadership and coaching to Sales Managers and Account Executives to foster a high-performance culture
      - Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to enhance customer retention and identify expansion opportunities
      - Design and implement territory management strategies for optimal market coverage
      - Analyze sales performance data to identify improvement areas and report on key performance indicators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of 7+ years in progressive sales leadership roles with experience managing large sales teams
      - Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth
      - Deep understanding of full-cycle sales processes and CRM systems
      - Exceptional leadership and talent development skills
      - Strong business acumen and financial literacy
