      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, focusing on recruiting and sourcing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field
      - 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a leadership role
      - Proven success in building and leading recruiting teams in a growth-focused environment
      - Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, recruiting technology, and employment law
      - Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

      - Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields
      - Experience working cross-functionally with decentralized or multi-location teams
      - Ability to adapt strategies based on evolving needs and circumstances
