      As the Director of Partner Marketing, you’ll lead a dynamic team with a mission of crafting partner marketing initiatives, laser-focused on propelling the adoption of Lytx products. This means bringing partners on board, keeping them engaged, and driving their growth.

      In this exciting opportunity, you'll collaborate and work closely with our sales teams, cross-functional partners, and local marketing agencies. Together, we'll not only meet our revenue goals but also explore uncharted territories, identifying growth opportunities in strategic regions and countries.

      We're seeking someone who doesn't just navigate the marketing landscape but reshapes it. This position isn't just about successful marketing; it's about sculpting meaningful partner programs. It's a highly visible role, with shared accountability of revenue targets.

      You'll Get To:

      • Build a balanced competitive advantage through enabling and activating strategic global partnerships that unlock customer value and purchase convenience through the marketing and delivery of Lytx solutions

      • Collaborate with leadership and other cross-functional partners to align partner marketing strategies with business objectives.

      • Own marketing responsibilities covering the entire partner lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to partner retention and growth

      • Evolve the maturity of the partner marketing function and discipline with new strategies, processes, tools, and tactics

      • Lead a global partner marketing team responsible for growth marketing strategies to drive revenue to, through, and with our partners

      • Engage directly with marketing leadership within strategic, global partners to drive success of Lytx partner programs

      • Build reports and scorecards to broadcast progress toward critical KPIs and other partner marketing performance metrics

      • Own Market Development Funds (MDF) and craft future partner programs

      • Maintain overall budget for the partner marketing team: allocating, tracking, and analyzing ROI on investments

      • Other duties as assigned

      What You'll Need:

      • Minimum 12 years in B2B marketing with an emphasis on global partner marketing and enablement

      • Minimum 4 years experience building, scaling and retaining diverse global teams to achieve proven results driving pipeline and revenue through partner marketing programs for high-growth B2B companies in the SaaS or technology verticals

      • Proven success optimally aligning teams to a strategic plan, coaching and developing talent and building capabilities to achieve that plan

      • Experience producing successful partner marketing programs, working with partner ecosystem, and delivering compelling and consistent communications to partners

      • Strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnel and related technologies, processes and tools

      • Possess a growth and data-driven attitude, with proven expertise in testing and measurement strategies, methodologies, and tools.

      • Comfort with working with partners to align on prospecting priorities to drive desired results, as well as trouble-shoot points of friction, enthusiastically coming up with solutions and recommendations

      • Excellent written communication skills, presentation delivery, as well as strong interpersonal skills, including cross functional communications

      Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

      $172,500.00 - $217,500.00
