      Main responsibilities:

      • Develop a transformative and cutting-edge monetization strategy that delights customers with seamless, frictionless experiences, while driving substantial revenue growth for our retail media business.
      • Navigate and solve problems within a complex matrix environment.
      • Analyze industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in AdTech/MarTech and retail media.
      • Establish metrics to track the performance of monetization and set revenue and growth targets for the initiatives.
      • Build and lead a cross-functional team to execute and deliver monetization initiatives, driving exponential growth to ads revenue.
      • Partner with our ad sales team as a thought leader from a product perspective, capitalizing on your core PM skills to evaluate and optimize ads.
      • Monitor platform KPIs and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements and ensure platform reliability and user satisfaction.
      • A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into technical solutions that deliver exceptional value and delightful experience.
      • Drive improvements for monetization architecture, including improving ad formats, building out relevant ad experiences and data solutions.
      • Leverage data and facts to support your point of view and prove performance
      • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product leaders, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high performing work environment.
      • Resource Management – Manage budget, resource allocation, and deliverables for your business unit.
      • Retail and/or Digital Media savvy – you are passionate about using technology to build solutions, as well as are well versed in AdTech and ManTech and where they are headed
      • An articulate communicator – you can communicate your ideas easily to make them actionable
      • A problem-solver – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and you find ways to get things done

      We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

      • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
      • 12+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record leading platform product in retail media, ad tech, or digital commerce environments.
      • 5-6 years' experience managing direct reports in high- tech company.
      • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
      • Strong understanding of digital advertising and consumer privacy best practices.
      • Experience building and launching complex ad platforms at scale and providing product direction to meet customer needs.
      • Proven ability to develop vision, strategies, and foster collaborative relationships within complex, matrixed organizations.
      • Strong expertise in self-service advertising platforms, including campaign creation, targeting, bidding strategies, pacing, reporting, and budget optimization.
      • Deep experience with audience management, including segmentation, lookalike modeling, retargeting, cross-channel identity resolution using 1P, 2P, & 3P data, and close loop measurement .
      • Strong understanding of onsite and offsite media capabilities (e.g., sponsored products, display, video, CTV, programmatic, social integrations) and how they interconnect in omnichannel retail strategies.
      • Familiarity with clean rooms, retail data exchanges, and privacy-first measurement frameworks.
      • Expertise in defining and measuring ad effectiveness metrics and retail media KPIs, including:
        • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
        • Incrementality & attribution modeling
        • Click-through rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR)
        • Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
        • Cost-per-acquisition (CPA)
        • Share of Shelf, Share of Voice, and Sales Lift
      • Strong knowledge of monetization models, including CPM/CPC/CPA pricing, media packaging, dynamic pricing, and yield management.
      • Proficient in data science concepts and how they apply to advertising and personalization, including machine learning models for targeting, ranking, and prediction.
      • Experience collaborating with data science teams to define model requirements, assess performance, and operationalize recommendations into product features.
      • Ability to partner with engineering to build scalable systems that support large volumes of campaigns, advertisers, creatives, and reporting data.
      • Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market plans, working with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption and revenue impact.
      • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across technical, commercial, and executive-level audiences.
      • Deep understanding of DSP’s, SSP’s, CDP, DAM, Personalization Platforms, first party data activation is preferred.
      • Sound quantitative and analytical skills and abilities
      • Inspiring team leadership style, both for direct reports and internal team members
      • Exceptional at prioritizing and focusing on the highest value opportunities
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving.
      • Willing to travel as needed .

      The salary range is $200,640.00 to $272,580.00 Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
