      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and lead the regional field sales force to maximize gross margin and contribution
      - Set goals and objectives for regional support roles and monitor performance
      - Collaborate with Territory Managers to identify sales needs and maintain market awareness
      - Handle customer complaints and service issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
      - Establish processes for tracking competitive activity and sales performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Typically 5 or more years in a sales management position, preferably in the animal health industry
      - A Bachelor's degree is desirable
      - Excellent presentation skills and proven ability to sell
      - A valid driver's license and good driving record
      - Strong understanding of customer needs and the market landscape
