What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve production goals and market share growth
- Drive performance against sales metrics, ensuring continuous progress toward organizational objectives
- Recruit, train, and motivate field sales representatives and distribution partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key producers, agencies, and brokerage partners
- Represent the company at industry conferences and client meetings to enhance brand presence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in life insurance sales or distribution management
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and production goals
- In-depth understanding of life insurance products, distribution channels, and industry regulations
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and partners

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
