What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult on and lead full- and assisted-service quantitative market research projects across multiple methodologies for a diverse client base
- Partner with Research Services leadership to develop and implement team goals, processes, and tools that improve team performance and project execution
- Supervise project execution teams, providing constructive feedback and resolving client escalations
- Manage, mentor, coach, and train Research Analysts and Research Managers
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope and bid projects based on client requests and RFPs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of quantitative market research experience across multiple industries, with at least 5 years on the supplier side
- Extensive hands-on experience in the online survey-based market research lifecycle, including research design, questionnaire development, analysis, and reporting
- Proven experience managing direct reports, including hiring, training, and mentoring research talent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, math/statistics, social sciences, or related field required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in market research or related field
- Direct experience using one or more online survey platforms
- Strong expertise in advanced quantitative techniques, such as MaxDiff and Choice-Based Conjoint
- Remote work experience
