What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish clear performance goals for the Amazon sales organization and monitor results using analytics and reporting systems
- Direct and oversee all sales functions within the Amazon channel, ensuring alignment with the employer's strategic goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies, tools, and processes that drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new product opportunities and promotional initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Amazon sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in eCommerce or marketplace management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a high-volume eCommerce environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Amazon experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in developing sales strategies and leading cross-functional teams
- Experience managing budgets and setting KPIs
