      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic business plans for CRO/MRO services in the U.S.
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with airlines, leasing companies, and OEMs
      - Conduct market analysis to understand trends and customer needs
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
      - Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in aerospace CRO/MRO business development, focusing on engine services
      - Strong understanding of aircraft engine maintenance and overhaul processes
      - Established network of contacts within the aviation industry
      - Proven experience in contract negotiation and financial analysis
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with digital and predictive maintenance technologies in the aerospace sector
      - Knowledge of FAA, EASA, and other regulatory requirements related to engine CRO/MRO
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
      - Ability to travel 60% to 70% of the time
