What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consistently deliver revenue targets to achieve company goals quarter over quarter and year over year
- Accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue numbers for the assigned region
- Direct sales activities, set expectations, provide mentorship, and hold the team accountable for building pipeline and executing each sales cycle phase
- Coach the sales team to uncover customer needs and demonstrate the value of the employer's products and services
- Build strong business partnerships internally and externally to enhance sales effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience building and leading front-line sales teams
- 10+ years of direct and channel enterprise software selling experience to large enterprises
- Subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software experience is required
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build strong business partnerships
- Proven ability to adapt in fast-growing and changing environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas as a sales leader
- Relevant software experience in IT systems, enterprise management, application development, DevOps, or analytics
- Highly professional persona with strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
