What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Costco and BJ's to drive revenue, market share, and profitability
- Build and nurture deep, strategic relationships with Costco and BJ's buyers and stakeholders
- Drive internal understanding and alignment around customer-specific requirements and collaborate on club-channel strategy
- Lead broker relationships, setting expectations and monitoring performance
- Utilize data and insights to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in CPG sales, with at least 3 years in club/wholesale channels
- Proven track record of growing large accounts and driving incremental revenue and profit
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in syndicated data, POS, shopper insights, and KPI dashboards
- Advanced negotiation and communication skills with executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree required
