      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage sales targets and KPIs to ensure team revenue goals are achieved
      - Lead the strategy and operations for Lead Generation and Inside Sales
      - Recruit, train, and motivate the SDR and Inside Sales team
      - Create messaging and scripts to enhance lead conversion rates
      - Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute marketing events and programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years of experience in media sales at an enterprise level
      - 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience with a proven track record
      - 5+ years of experience in the media sales space
      - Experience in building and leading a high-performing business development and Inside Sales team
      - In-depth knowledge of media industry sales processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong ability to build rapport with customers and adapt messaging based on their needs
      - Experience working with senior-level executives and influencing negotiations
      - Knowledge of emerging market trends and customer needs
      - Proven problem-solving skills using analysis and multiple information sources
      - Experience in business development with both new and existing customers
