      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the e.l.f. portfolio of brands at CVS and Walgreens, managing P&L and budgetary responsibilities
      - Lead and manage a team of account managers and specialists, ensuring effective day-to-day business operations
      - Develop and implement joint business plans with retail partners, monitoring sales forecasts and inventory levels
      - Act as the primary contact for senior merchant teams, driving sales strategies and maximizing brand exposure
      - Create comprehensive launch plans for new products in collaboration with internal teams and retail partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 15-20+ years of experience in the beauty industry within a Sales/Commercial role
      - Proven experience managing a sales/commercial team that supports the Drug channel
      - Strong P&L management and budgetary ownership skills
      - Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities
      - Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience dealing with both CVS and Walgreens as retail partners
      - History of successful relationship-building with key stakeholders in the industry
      - Familiarity with data analysis to identify business opportunities
