What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect and execute an enablement transformation roadmap to enhance sales productivity and win rates
- Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure synchronization on enablement priorities and business outcomes
- Champion the adoption of AI technologies across the sales organization to drive productivity gains
- Own the design and delivery of training programs to accelerate onboarding and performance development
- Establish clear success metrics tied to revenue outcomes and conduct performance analysis for continuous optimization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years leading teams through significant transformation
- Proven experience driving transformative enablement in complex, fast-paced B2B SaaS organizations
- Deep expertise in implementing AI-powered tools for learning, coaching, and sales performance
- Proven experience with consultative selling methodologies that drive measurable behavior change
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive decision-making and measure impact
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with competency mapping and behavioral assessment frameworks
- Familiarity with experiential learning design and simulation-based training methodologies
- Background in revenue operations or sales analytics
- Experience building AI automation workflows for sales activities
- Knowledge of communications technology markets, including UCaaS, CCaaS, or CPaaS
