What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives and drive annual sales revenue
- Forecast revenue, monitor sales activities, and deliver on performance targets
- Develop sales teams through a culture of coaching, learning, and strategic performance management
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at various management levels
- Report on KPIs related to lead and opportunity data to enhance marketing and sales collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales/customer-facing activities in a solution selling environment
- 10 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- 5+ years of experience leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Proven success in navigating a matrix organization and driving successful SaaS initiatives
- Expert user and trainer in Salesforce.com and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working for an HR tech or SaaS company (HCM, Compensation, ATS, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in expanding offerings within current customers and closing new business
- Ability to manage multiple change management initiatives and work under tight deadlines
- Keen business sense with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions
- Desire to own projects and exceed expectations in a rapidly changing SaaS culture
