      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve or exceed sales targets
      - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned regions or verticals
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects to understand their needs
      - Track sales performance and generate reports on individual and team results, including forecasts and key metrics
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and sales initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business operations
      - At least 2 years of experience managing HCM Account Executives
      - Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of major account payroll and HR solutions
      - Strong leadership qualities with effective communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to travel and operate in a fast-paced, virtual environment
